Ayr - low retaining wall built with shallow curve

Working with Steve Robison of Sunstone Garden Design & Landscapes, a long low retaining wall was built in this garden in Ayr.

Denfind Stone was used because of its close colour match to the high stone boundary wall at the rear of the garden. Its flat structure was also ideally suited to the low height of the wall, and for providing stone for the flat top. The wall measured some 20 metres long, up to 0.6m high, and involved building two long shallow curves, some straight sections and two tight curves.
