Project Description

Small garden wall – Cairneyhill, Fife

This was a small project to build a boundary garden stone wall to enclose a section of the client’s front garden. We used Alston stone for the job – about four tonnes in total – and it took a week to build. Nice.

Client feedback:

“I am delighted with my Alston dry stone wall, which you so cleverly crafted to embrace my wildlife garden. It really enhances it.

I would have no hesitation recommending you to anyone. Trustworthy, reliable, honest and a great sense of humour. You are a really great craftsman.

I wish you well in your new projects.

Mrs KR”

The stone was supplied by Border Aggregates of Kelso.
